Remove the two screws on the front plate of the motor. Then pry off the front plate and you will find the gear set. Remove all the old grease and lube with white lithium grease. Also, lift out the armature and lubricate its bushing, first with WD40 or similar to wash old grease out, then with the same grease. Stephen Strange 02 May 2024 No reason to be so gloomy. The statement says that they've made an investment, no mention of an outight purchase. There's no mention of securing a majority of the stock, thereby giving them a controling interest. So they get a seat on the board. Hopefully they listen to those who understand the business.

Milton Babirak 02 May 2024 Bruce: The motor intermittently works. The internal on/off switch works too. The pins on the spindle are undamaged. I guess it's the gears but I don't know how to get inside to look. I have removed the two brass bolts.
